We dyed Easter eggs last night and Cara thought that was pretty fun. She knew afterward she needed to go to sleep so the Easter bunny could come and fill her basket. We told her it was kind of like Santa Claus, but the Easter bunny instead. She was pretty excited this morning. You can tell the 16 year-old and 13 year-old aren't all that impressed. ;)
A ladybug box of candy! If there's a ladybug involved, Cara's all about it.
Dad, what could this be?
Oh, my gosh, a new necklace! She let Daddy put it on.
She thinks she's all that with her new necklace and basket full of candy.
After church we went to my mom and dad's for breakfast and an Easter egg hunt with the cousins.
A went with her bf to Tri-Cities, so I only got an Easter picture of two of my little loves. They are both so sweet.
This tutu was the final item that sealed the deal on potty training. If I would have known that a pink tutu would've done it, I could have gotten one six months ago! ;) So this was the fun, Easter egg hunting outfit.
Action shots of the egg hunt. I don't really consider myself to be much of a photographer, though I'd like to get better at it. I do like these action shots, though.
Time to go through her loot with Dad.
She's all wore out and napping now. Today was a really fun day for her. I hope all of you had a wonderful Easter with your families.
Glad she enjoyed her first Easter-and glad the tutu is more than just a frilly skirt for you :-)
